Customer Satisfaction

The aim of TITAN Products Ltd. is to provide the customer with the highest level of quality products and service.

Ex-stock

Most of the main product items are available from stock and can normally be dispatched the same day for orders received before 2.30pm.

Non-stock Items

Items not in stock are typically manufactured and dispatched within 3-4 days dependent on quantity required. Special customised non standard products will take longer dependent on complexity.

Scheduled Orders

Order for any of the product lines can be supplied against a scheduled call off order over a given period. This will greatly assist in meeting customers requirements and ensure the most competitive prices.

Dispatch

Our normal UK dispatch is by a national courier, 2/3 day service with confirmed delivery, which is essential when sending direct to a site address. Other deliveries are available for next day or next day a.m. requirements. The Royal Mail 1st Class Post is sometimes used for small low cost items which are sent direct to the customers office. For overseas delivery and further information of UK carriage services please consult the sales office.

Technical Support

Our internal engineers and sales staff are available to assist you with any technical and applications enquiry.

They can also advise on compatibility of products and customised requirements.

Product Evaluation

Products can be supplied for evaluation purposes on a 30 day sale or return basis. For products that are customised or built specifically for evaluation purposes there may be a small charge.

Products detailed in this catalogue are mainly standard items, in many instances variations can be manufactured and supplied to meet your specific requirements.
